Seri Gumum

Seri Gumum is a Nāga who was disguised as a rotting log. When men threw dibble sticks at the log, blood spurted out, and the sky split with lightning and thunder. After the old woman's walking stick was knocked out of the ground, a fountain of water poured from the hole, creating the Chini Lake, revealing the log's true identity as Seri Gumum.
