Saint Nektarios

Saint Nektarios is described as the great Teacher and Father of the Holy Eastern Orthodox Church. He was expelled from the Church of Alexandria but later ranked amongst the saints because of his innumerable miracles and his acceptance within the religious conscience of Orthodox Christians throughout the world. He is beseeched to forgive those who opposed him.
