Prajñāpāramitā is the personified concept of "the perfection of wisdom" and is seen as a mother and teacher. She is the Perfect Wisdom that never comes into being, and therefore never goes out of being. She gives birthless birth to all Buddhas and turns the wheel of true teaching.
