Obalufon Alayemore was the fifth Ooni of Ife who succeeded his father Obalufon Ogbogbodirin. He lived long on the throne and later founded and established numerous settlements across Yorubaland. He had many children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren whose descendants settled in Iremo quarters and continue to this day.
