Kokksaut is a petrel-spirit, a type of bird-spirit that appears in some versions of the Sedna legend. It is described as the true form of an unknown hunter who marries Sedna in exchange for fish. The Kokksaut takes Sedna to a large nest on a cliff, surrounded by birds.
