Finnguala (also known as Fionnghuala, Fionnuala, or Finola) is the daughter of Lir of the Tuatha Dé Danann in Irish mythology. She was transformed into a swan by her stepmother, Aoife, and cursed to wander the lakes and rivers of Ireland with her brothers for 900 years. The curse was broken by the marriage of Lairgren and Deoch.
