Alcamenes was a sculptor in the Greek Classical period of the late 5th century BCE. He first depicted Hecate in triplicate, whose sculpture was placed before the temple of the Wingless Nike in Athens. Though Alcamenes's original statue is lost, hundreds of copies exist.
